Training Schedule (2x per week)

Our Competitive Club players train twice a week, with each session designed to develop different aspects of their game:

  • Technical Training: One session per week is dedicated to individual skill mastery. Players will work on ball control, dribbling, passing accuracy, finishing techniques, and first-touch improvement. This training ensures that each player has the technical foundation needed to perform confidently in game situations. This session has a flexible training day, meaning you can choose any day of the week to come.

  • Game Intelligence Training: The second session focuses on tactical awareness, decision-making, and game strategy. Through small-sided drills and situational play, players learn positioning, movement off the ball, defensive strategies, and how to read the game. This session builds the mental side of soccer, helping players make quicker, smarter decisions on the field.     This session is a set day and time that is with your designated team.

Game Day Format

  • When: Saturday afternoons, between 2:00–5:00 PM

  • Where: North Sports Field

  • Format: 5v5 matches with fast-paced, high-energy play. Our competitive structure ensures maximum touches on the ball and active involvement for all players. Games are designed to reinforce training concepts, encourage creativity, and provide a supportive competitive atmosphere.

In that short time, I’ve seen him pick up skills that he failed to learn after training with another popular, local soccer club since he was 4. His confidence has also skyrocketed along with his on-field skills.

The training sessions are extremely valuable as there are only a few kids to each coach. They focus on having your kid master specific skills before moving them on to a new focus. They also compete with kids that are at the same skill level.

“I would give Fusbally 6 stars if I could. Coaching is VASTLY superior to the other youth soccer programs we tried. They have an extremely thoughtful and supportive approach that emphasizes lots of touches in 3v3 play, learning and then applying skills in practice/scrimmage, and if/when the time is right, playing in a more competitive setting against other football clubs. Our young daughter, who has limited interest in playing at a competitive level (so far), as well as our son, who devotes a considerable amount of time and effort into soccer, both enjoy going to practice, get lots of exercise, have fun, and have learned how to play soccer at a high level compared to when they started.
